Back to Basics

Spinach
Yogurt
Tomatoes
Carrots
Blueberries
Black Beans
Walnuts
Oats
Remember those? Today I had yogurt, tomatoes, carrots, blueberries, and walnuts. Anyone do better than that?
I'm thinking of starting a new business. Blog R' Us.

Oh yea!!! The eating well blog! I didn't eat one of those-not even one!!! I have been really bad since I have been sick. Better eat better now and feel better.
